Terms and Conditions of Booking

• When booking a deposit of £50.00 per week is required. The balance is to be paid 2 weeks in advance or cash is required on arrival.
• Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in season. Midweek and weekend only bookings are accepted. Please ask.
• In the event of cancellation we will attempt to relet. If given sufficient notice and successful in reletting we will refund your deposit.
• In the event that the accomodation becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control we will repay all monies in full. We shall not be due any other liability.
• The client agrees to leave the property in the same conditions in which it was handed over to them. Please report any faults or breakages. Damage to property or fittings will be charged at replacement price.
• Miner's Cottage is a no smoking property.
• Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (additional charge) provided that:
  • they are not left in the property on their own
  • they do not go upstairs or use any furniture
  • they bring their own beds with them to use
  • please respect this as the property is thoroughly cleaned to remove pet hairs for the benefit of future guests who may have allergies
• Keys to the accomodation are available from 14.00 on day of arrival.
• Clients are asked to vacate the property by 10.00 on the day of departure.
